David Kinane, has worked in banking and finance for 39 years in the United Kingdom, gaining extensive experience in short-term finance, development funding, mezzanine and structured finance.
David has a wide-ranging working knowledge of underwriting, risk assessment and risk control.
Ben Court FCA
Ben Court joined Handf Finance Limited in 2016, following 12 years working as an accountant for a construction and property development group and latterly financial controller of the stand alone specialist property development business.
Ben has significant experience in financing for property development, having worked with a mix of funders on facilities ranging between £1 and £25million.
As well as learning the Handf process and approach to underwriting, risk and borrower relationships, Ben is responsible for finance, tax and compliance matters for the Company.
